  4. Place them, take the feeWhen someone starts, your fee is recorded and frozen — changing a percentage later never rewrites a deal already agreed. Take payment in dollars, shillings or SLSH.
What you need: an Android phone, and that is all. No internet needed — everything lives on the phone.

  2. We set up your fee terms, currency and staff accounts.
  3. Add your employers and fill the first job the same week.

The jobs board

Shaqo Kaab comes with a jobs board on the web. Employers register themselves and post the jobs they need filled; job seekers register themselves and apply. The agency checks every company and every job before it appears, then follows each application through the same stages as the app - applied, shortlisted, interview, offered, placed.
