One car, never rented to two people at once.

I kireyso stops the two things that quietly cost a rental office money: a car booked twice, and a car that goes out when it should not. Clash the dates and it refuses the hire and names the rental already holding that car. A car in the garage, or a driver whose licence has run out, does not leave the yard. The odometer only ever goes forward. Dollars, shillings or SLSH. No internet needed. Windows and Android.

How it works

  1. Put your cars inPlate, kind, price a day, deposit. You enter today's odometer once and the app keeps it from then on.
  2. Write a hirePick a car, a customer and the dates. If that car is already booked it refuses and names the clashing rental - not just "busy".
  3. Hand over the keys, note the odometerThe daily rate freezes onto the rental. Raise your prices next month and what the customer signed for does not move.
  4. Take it back and settle upThe odometer only goes forward, and you can never hand back more deposit than was taken. The distance driven is worked out for you.
What you need: a Windows PC or an Android phone. Nothing to install - unzip the folder and double-click I kireyso. No internet needed.

Unzip the whole folder first. Windows will let you open things from inside the ZIP, but the program cannot run that way - right-click the ZIP, choose "Extract All", then double-click I kireyso.

Your records stay yours. If the trial or the month ends before you have paid, nothing is lost: you can still read, total and print everything - only new hires wait for the licence.
