How it works

  1. Install on the hotel's computerUnzip the folder and double-click Start Hoteel. It opens in your browser and puts a shortcut on the desktop.
  2. Enter your rooms and ratesYour room types, floors and nightly prices — add a whole floor in one go.
  3. Book, check in, chargeReception books a room and checks the guest in. Restaurant orders and laundry go straight onto the room's bill.
  4. Check out and printTake payment in dollars, shillings or SLSH, print the invoice, and the room goes to housekeeping by itself.
What you need: a Windows PC, and that is all. Nothing to install — the download already has everything in it. Other computers in the hotel just need a browser.
