Samafal keeps two answers straight for your organisation: what you did with the donor's money, and who has paid their subscription this month. Grants are split into budget lines and every expense is coded to one - run a line dry and the system refuses the voucher rather than quietly overspending it. Members get a green tick or a red cross for each month. Dollars, shillings or SLSH. No internet needed. Eight languages.

How it works

  1. Install on the office computerDouble-click Setup. Samafal opens in a window of its own - no address bar, no tabs, an ordinary Windows program.
  2. Enter the grants and their budget linesEach grant has a donor, a project and the budget lines the donor agreed the money may be spent on.
  3. Code every voucher to a lineIf a voucher would take a line past its budget, Samafal refuses and says exactly how much is left. The report always adds up.
  4. Tick the members off each monthClick the red cross to record the money. The month, half-year and year reports print the whole grid of ticks and crosses on one page.
What you need: a Windows PC, and that is all. Nothing to install - the download already has everything in it. Other computers in the office just need a browser.

Windows may show a blue screen the first time - "Windows protected your PC". That is normal for a new program. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
